Waytation is an innovative tracking solution that allows exhibition and congress organizers to measure and analyze the paths travelled by visitors anonymously and live. The challenge here was to prepare the numerous data points in the amount of billions per congress and trade fair, in a clear, understandable and concise way in a dashboard, so that everyone can intuitively understand and interpret them.
With the help of the Lunchdealer App, customers can discover the current lunch menus and lunch deals in their immediate vicinity free of charge. We have developed a system for restaurants that publishes their lunch deals to 5 different channels (via App, website, Facebook, newsletter and PDF) with the push of a single button.
The initial question was whether the market in the DACH region is large enough to sell DNA analyses for dogs in large volumes. Within a few months I created a market analysis, a MVP and a modern online shop with an attached automated shipping process. Furthermore, various social media campaigns and SEO techniques were used to boost interest in DNA analysis for dogs.
With Ameisenhaufen an agency was founded in Vienna, which is specialized in web design projects on a larger scale. Another goal was to connect the agency's clients, who come from a wide variety of industries.
